Our insulating boxes are made from EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), sometimes also referred to as styrofoam or tempex. EPS boxes are particularly suitable for the conditioned transport of goods. The thickness of the box will determine the insulation value: the thicker the EPS box wall, the more effectively it will insulate. EPS boxes are highly insulating, shape-retaining and lightweight. EPS has a high impact resistance and can effectively absorb shocks. This ensures the product is also well protected during transport. In addition, the EPS boxes are insensitive to UV radiation, moisture and mould.
